Return Policy

Returns within 14 days

Changed your mind? No problem. You can return any item within 14 days of the delivery date, without having to give a reason. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

Return conditions

  • Products must be in their original condition, unused and unwashed.
  • Original tags must still be attached.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging or equivalent.
  • Returns are not accepted for items marked as "non-returnable" (underwear, swimwear, made-to-measure products).

How to make a return

  1. Log in to your personal account and select the order you wish to return.
  2. Select the products to return and the reason for the return.
  3. Print the prepaid DHL return label you will receive by email.
  4. Pack the products and attach the label to the parcel.
  5. Drop the parcel off at your nearest DHL point.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the return (within 5 working days of arrival at our warehouse), we will process the refund to the original payment method within 7-10 working days. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund has been processed.

Crediting times depend on your bank or the payment provider used (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

Faulty or incorrect product

If you have received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery, attaching photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
