We ship with DHL Express
All shipments are handled by DHL Express, the world's leading express courier. Every order includes real-time tracking and home delivery with signature on receipt.
How it works
- Orders received before 12:00 noon are processed and shipped the same day (working days).
- You will receive an email with your DHL tracking number as soon as the parcel is handed over to the courier.
- You can follow your shipment in real time at dhl.com.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination (DHL zone) and the weight of the parcel. Current rates are shown before you complete your order.
Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

If tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your parcel, please check first with your neighbours or at a DHL pickup point.
