1. Seller information

This e-commerce site is operated by UNIVERSAL SAS (hereinafter the "Seller"), with registered office at Via Vivaio 24, 20122 Milan, Italy, VAT no. 07268840969. These terms govern the contractual relationship between the Seller and the Customer for all purchases made through the site.

2. Acceptance of terms

Placing an order implies full acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. The Customer is required to read them carefully before proceeding with any purchase.

3. Products and availability

The products available on the site are described as accurately as possible. Images are indicative and may differ slightly from the actual products due to photographic reproduction. Availability is updated in real time; however, should a product become unavailable after an order is placed, the Customer will be promptly informed and may choose between a full refund or an alternative product.

4. Prices

All prices shown on the site are in Euro (€) and include VAT as applicable under current Italian legislation. Shipping costs are shown separately before the order is confirmed. The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time, it being understood that the Customer will be charged the price shown at the time of the order.

5. Orders

An order is deemed concluded upon receipt of the order confirmation email. The Seller reserves the right to refuse orders in the event of product unavailability, obvious errors in prices or descriptions, or suspected fraudulent activity.

6. Payments

Accepted payment methods are: credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe, and PayPal. All payments are processed in a secure environment with SSL encryption. The Seller does not store payment card details.

7. Shipping and delivery

Shipments are handled by DHL Express. Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Once the order has been shipped, the Customer will receive a tracking number to follow the parcel.

8. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and Directive 2011/83/EU, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the products, without having to give any reason. The cost of returning the product is borne by the Customer.

9. Legal guarantee of conformity

All products sold are covered by the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity pursuant to articles 128-135 of the Italian Consumer Code. In the event of a lack of conformity, the Customer is entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction, or termination of the contract.

10. Liability

The Seller is not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by force majeure, strikes, exceptional weather events, or other circumstances beyond its control. The Seller's maximum liability is limited to the value of the order.

11. Dispute resolution

In the event of a dispute, the Customer may use the online alternative dispute resolution (ODR) procedure via the European platform available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. For disputes not settled amicably, Italian jurisdiction applies, with the competent court being that of the Seller's registered office.

12. Applicable law

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law. For anything not expressly provided for herein, the provisions of the Italian Civil Code and the Italian Consumer Code apply.
